Vicious Terror is Detestable!
On occasion of the terror attacks in Brussels today, DIE LINKE party chair Bernd Riexinger declares:
We turn our attention to Brussels in these horrific and sad hours. Our thoughts are with the victims of these terrible assaults, the injured and their relatives and friends.
The attack hits the institutional centre of Europe, the centre of joint work on Europe. This vicious, inhuman violence is utterly abominable!
It is difficult - in view of the pictures from Brussels - to recommend moderation; and yet it is important right now to caution against an instrumentalisation of the events.
